The California Cannabis Industry Association (“CCIA,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) operates this website and provides membership, events, and related services subject to the following Terms of Service. By accessing our website, joining CCIA, or participating in our programs, you agree to these terms.
1. Membership
Eligibility: Membership is open to businesses, organizations, and individuals involved in or supporting California’s licensed cannabis industry.
Dues: Membership dues are billed monthly or annually (or as otherwise specified) and are non-refundable.
Benefits: Membership benefits, including access to the Member Directory, events, and resources, are determined solely by CCIA and may change at any time.
Conduct: Members are expected to engage respectfully with CCIA staff, board members, and fellow members. CCIA reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership for conduct deemed harmful to the association or its mission.
2. Events and Programs
Registration: Some CCIA events may require advance registration and payment.
Refunds: Unless otherwise specified, event fees are non-refundable. In some cases, registrations may be transferable.
Code of Conduct: Attendees are expected to behave professionally and respectfully. CCIA reserves the right to remove any participant from an event without refund for inappropriate conduct.
3. Website Use
Content: All content on this website is provided for informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, CCIA makes no warranties about the completeness or reliability of website content.
Intellectual Property: Website content, including text, graphics, logos, and resources, is the property of CCIA unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce or distribute it without prior written consent.
Member Directory: Access to the Member Directory is limited to CCIA members. Use of directory information for solicitation, spamming, or resale is strictly prohibited.
