Our most strategic membership for market leaders who want maximum access, visibility, and a direct line into policy decision‑making. Executive Members participate in closed‑door legislative briefings, executive‑level access to CCIA’s lobbying team, receive rapid intelligence on critical industry shifts, and are empowered with deeper insight for long‑horizon planning. With commitment and influence, CCIA Executive operators are moving California cannabis policy forward—together.
For operators and brands who are moving fast and need deeper policy intelligence, broader team access, and a stronger industry footprint. Business Members plug into multiple resources, elevate their visibility into legislative, regulatory, operational, and market‑facing forces affecting your daily operations. Need early signals on what’s happening, how to prepare, and where your voice can shape outcomes? This tier keeps you ahead of the policy and market curve.
Ideal for small cannabis operators (under $1M) and small industry service providers who want to stay connected with other operators and professionals. Associate members gain industry awareness, committee access, and increased visibility to other operators across the supply chain. It’s a practical way to contribute your voice, propose solutions, build relationships, and stay informed about the legislative and regulatory changes that will affect your business.
Designed for verified Social Equity operators, this tier ensures your operational realities are represented in state regulatory and legislative discussions. You’ll get actionable updates, networking, and a pathway into CCIA leadership so your lived experience informs our agenda. If you’re building, this is a cost-effective way to amplify your voice, access committee work, and help stabilize the regulatory environment for operators statewide. Eligibility must be verified, contact us to begin.
